Many of our items are Avante Hardware these items are in stock in our North Carolina warehouse and will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Other items are from Century Hardware, these items ship from our warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan, these also ship within 1-2 business day. The central location of our warehouses mean less transit times for most of the country. We offer you the quickest shipping in the industry.

Gemstone Knobs-are stocked in Michigan and also ship within 1 to 2 days, so you will also receive these items generally within 2 to 7 business days.

We will supply an ample quantity of 1 inch long screws with all hardware orders. If you need longer (or shorter) screws we offer them in boxes of 100 at very reasonable prices in our products section.

Most of our knobs and pulls use 8-32 (standard) hardware screws, these are available for purchase on our website or are available at most hardware stores.

Terms and conditions - all of our knobs and pulls are guaranteed to be free of defect. Defective knobs and pulls will be replaced upon receipt of defective pieces. Returns of non-defective cabinet knobs and pulls in original packaging allowed only within 60 days of purchase date by request and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please call or email to get an RMA# before sending any return. Customer pays all shipping charges for returns.

This will take you to the category page where you can search by our product categories. Click on the picture of each category that you would like to search.

Next you can search by "Keyword". You can type in any word that is used in the Product Name line of our items and all items with those words will be listed. If you type Pull or Knob, you will access literally hundreds of items, this may take a while to download based on the speed of your internet connection. This search is useful if you know that item number of the item you want to look at.

The very best way to search the site is via the "Advanced Search" (click here). To access Advanced Search, click just below the Keyword search area on the yellow "Click here: Advanced Search"(click here). This will take you to our advanced search engine. Here you can search the knobs and pulls with single or multiple search criteria. These searches allow you to search by finish, (oil rubbed bronze, pewter, wrought iron, stainless steel, polished brass, satin nickel, etc) hole spacing, and/or collection. You will find this helpful if you are looking for a particular finish or style. You will also find this option especially helpful if you are replacing pulls that require that you use the existing holes in your cabinets. You will need to measure the distance between holes that are already present on your cabinets or furniture. We offer hardware with various hole spacing, but the most common spacings (center to center) c-c are 3 inch, 3-3/4 inch (96mm) and 4 inch. These are the most common hole spacing used by cabinets and furniture makers.
