Judy: I got the pull today and it's perfect. I love it I am going to take it to the cabinet place to be sure it will be fine on the cabinet, and then place my order.

ust wanted to tell you that I received the pulls today, 4 days after I ordered them, over a weekend and I live in the boonies of Kansas!! I have been looking for months for door pulls that would fit my kitchen cabinets AND cover doors with 2 vertical holes 1" apart. My 70's kitchen has just been updated to the 21st. century. I cannot believe the speed at which my order was delivered. I ordered on Monday and received the merchandise on Wednesday...just about 48 hours later. And, to boot...the stuff is beautiful and well-crafted. I have searched countless local stores (as well as a variety of on-line vendors) and could not find exactly what I wanted. Specifically the Bin Pulls...couldn't find them in antique brass unless they were special ordered at a cost 3 times the amount I paid through your company....AND those special order ones weren't even the full size of yours. I was able to locate an acceptable square knob similar to the one from your company; but even that was priced at 2-3 times of yours...and the Satin Antique Finish was not as nice as yours. It was a happy day in my house when I found KnobsandPulls.com. I will certainly contact you with any future hardware needs and I will absolutely spread the word. My only regret is that I didn't order the longer screws...those were also cheaper than the locals...and I will need them. Thanks for your prompt delivery.

I ordered knobs once before, from you, and they were excellent. I needed some more, and since you had not inundated me with e-mails, you were still on my "favorites" list. (Companies that pester me, somehow, disappear from my list) The latest batch arrived yesterday (quick shipping, I might add) and they were excellent, too.
